We version datasets with YYYY.MM.DD. Revisions appear here and within dataset metadata.

Formal Grant

LHBUSA grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from LHBUSA research content for non-commercial purposes, provided that: (a) you include clear attribution to “Local Home Buyers USA” with a link to https://localhomebuyersusa.com/research/; (b) you do not remove or obfuscate notices; and (c) you do not redistribute raw datasets except as permitted herein.

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, exclusive of conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in state and federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.

No. Redistribution of raw datasets isn’t allowed under the non-commercial license. Publish derived charts/tables with attribution instead.

How do you normalize and suppress small cells?

We normalize using ACS denominators and suppress small cells to avoid re-identification. See the Methodology section above.
