This page governs the datasets, dashboards, and research notes published by Local Home Buyers USA ("LHBUSA"). We report only aggregated, non-identifying metrics. Every artifact includes creators, methodology, license, and verification details.

◈API & Developer Access

Gold standard: CSV/JSON downloads are good, but a public, documented API endpoint for Macro Tape is the right long-term interface. Below is a public-facing contract stub you can publish now (even before the backend is live).

LHBUSA grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from LHBUSA research content for non-commercial purposes, provided that: (a) you include clear attribution to "Local Home Buyers USA" with a link to https://localhomebuyersusa.com/research/; (b) you do not remove or obfuscate notices; and (c) you do not redistribute raw datasets except as permitted herein.
