Prove It is for sellers who think their home is worth more than our data shows. You set your price, we market it, and you only pay 2-4% if we find a buyer at your number.
Safe Bet is for sellers who want to see ALL offers and make every decision themselves. We do all the work, and you pay 6-8% when you accept an offer you like.
How accurate are your valuations?
Typically within ±5% of actual sale price for properties with good comp coverage. We provide confidence scores and ranges rather than single-point estimates.
What if the property doesn't sell?
With BKPP, your guaranteed net doesn't change regardless of what we sell for — that's our risk, not yours.
With Prove It and Safe Bet, if we can't find a buyer you're happy with, you owe us nothing. No sale = no fee.
